Introduction

Most of the sniffer's power and flexibility lies in its scripting engine. It uses Tcl language interpreter library. You won't find any Tcl tutorials in this manual, but the language is very simple and everyone should be able to learn it very quickly. I'm not sure who is maintaining it at the moment, but there are some resources at ActiveState and Ajuba Solutions.
